Typically, when climatic conditions permit secure transportation to Oregon, we endeavor to process your order within one week. However, should prevailing weather patterns jeopardize the well-being of your wine, we will exercise caution and retain your order until it is safe to proceed with shipping.
During seasons marked by extreme heat in summer or bitter cold in winter, our trusted shipping partner may temporarily house your shipment in their warehouse. This precautionary measure is aimed at safeguarding the integrity of your package.

Signature upon delivery
Purchasing wine from Post Familiar necessitates compliance with a legal requirement: you must be 21 years of age or older. With this in mind, every package dispatched from our domain mandates a signature upon delivery. This is not only an assurance of adherence to regulations but a safeguard for the responsible enjoyment of our offerings.
To optimize the delivery process, we recommend furnishing a business address. Please be mindful that any shipping expenses incurred due to the absence of a legally eligible adult to sign for the wine are non-refundable.
Returns
We are fully committed to addressing any concerns related to your order. In the event you encounter issues, we urge you to reach out promptly, enabling us to initiate timely resolution. If there are issues with your order or package, we kindly request notification within 5 days of its receipt. In instances where a bottle is suspected to be flawed, we ask that you reseal it with its cork and reach out to us.
Returns are subject to individual assessment, considering the unique circumstances up to 5 days after receiving your order. It is essential to note that bottles displaying more than a 4oz discrepancy in volume cannot be accepted for return.
